Welcome to the webpage of the 2nd International Symposium on Social Sciences and Education Research (ISCER, 2018) that will be held on 22-23-24 ​​October 2018 in Konya. The symposium is organized in collaboration with Necmettin Erbakan University and the Pedagogy Akademia.


Konya is one of the oldest settlements in the world, having hosted many civilizations in its history of thousands of years. As an important trade and accommodation centre of the ancient Silk Road, this historic city, which has created significant effects in Anatolia, is of a special value and importance since it is the settlement where many scholars, poets and artists lived, such as the worldwide known Muslim philosopher Mevlana Celaleddin Rumi. We would like to inform you that we are happy to hold our Symposium in the ancient capital city and the cradle of civilizations, Konya, and it will be pleasure for us to welcome you in our city bearing the traces of a rich cultural heritage.


The main theme of the symposium is "Human Society and Education in the Changing World". This symposium aims to bring scientists, researchers, teachers and students together to share their knowledge through workshops, oral presentations, posters and exhibitions. You can send your original work that has not been previously submitted or published in any event or journal using the submission button.


ISCER-2018, abstracts will be published as "Abstract e-Book" before the symposium. In addition, the papers will be published (upon the author's request) in the "Full Text e-Book" or JILSES (The Journal of International Lingual, Social and Educational Sciences) on condition that they have been converted to the article format and accepted by the referees.
